How big are classes?
Classes require a minimum of 6 participants and when we host at The WOW Factory, we have 16-18 students.
What is the age requirement for classes?
Our classes are designed for ages 13 and up. We do offer kids classes for the holidays and those are for ages 5-12.
Can I bring my friend with me just to hang out?
We love a good girls’ night; however, only registered individuals can attend class. Guests, even just to watch, are not authorized to attend.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Nope – we supply everything you need. Just bring your beautiful smile!
Where is The WOW Factory located?
The WOW Factory is located at 3453 University Ave #1, Star City, WV 26505.
Is there parking at The WOW Factory?
Yes, there is a parking lot in front of the building. If it is full, there is an additional lot behind the building, which can be accessed by either side street.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Due to the customization of classes and limited seating, refunds will not be allowed within 48 hours of class. Same day cancellations and no-shows will NOT receive a refund or credit.
How do I reserve a class?
Currently, all registrations are online through The WOW Factory using the link provided for each class.
Can I book a private decorating class for my group?
Yes! Celebrate your special occasions with a sweet twist! Our private cookie decorating classes are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, or team-building events. Create lasting memories while learning new skills in a fun and interactive setting. Contact us to design a custom class for your next celebration. (Minimum group size of 6.)
